Ordering Procedure


1. Please fill in the order form below and click send, it will be sent to our Email directly.

2. Please wait for our notice email. We will try to reply within 1 day.

  
3. Make Payments within 3 days after notice emails are sent out. Details of payment & postage, please refer to delivery & payment.

4.If no indication is being made, your order(s) will be canceled. Order will only be confirmed and processed AFTER payment have been received.

5. After payment has been made, please reply to the notice email that has been sent out to you.


a) IN-STOCK ITEMS
   
- We will sent out the orders once your payment is confirmed and received

- It may take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive at your delivery address.

b) PRE-ORDER ITEMS / SPREE ITEMS
  
- Shipping will take approximately 1 - 3 weeks after full payment made, depending on stock validity & arrival of the shipment.

- We will keep you update on confirmation and placing of order.

PAYMENT


a) Payments are to be made within 3 days after notice emails are sent out.


b) Methods of payments include: ATM / Internetbanking Transfer

-DBS/POSB Bank Account: POSB Savings: 401-07183-0

Currently only DBS/POSB Account transfer is available. The other methods of payment will be updated soon.


SHIPPING


-Normal Mail (Weight accordingly)

-Registered Mail additional $2.24 applicable (All the mail rate refer to singpost)

* For all shipments

- We will NOT BE responsible for packages lost in the delivery.

- We will confirm shipping/handling charges via email before asking you for payment.

- Orders will only be confirmed & processed AFTER payments received.



EXCHENGE/RETURN

- Please understand that all sales are FINAL.

- We will not accept Exchange unless the paid item has major defect eg. Hole on item.

(***Color difference is unable to be avoided during on-line shopping due to different screen displaying. Exchange due to color difference only will not be entertained)

- We will make Refund only if paid item is out of stock.

- Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange/refund items will be paid by the customer.

- Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the unused & original condition.

* Items shall be returned with full and original packaging within THREE days after item received. (include tag, label, packaging bag, shopping bag)

* Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained.
